On behalf of the TEFMA Board we are delighted to invite you to join us 18 – 19 July 2017 at the University of South Australia’s City West Campus for the TEFMA Critical Incident & Crisis Management Workshop.
The workshop has been created to help support the demand for education and training for preparedness. It will explore the trending risks in our sector, how to be prepared, how to lead in a crisis, business continuity & emergency management. The demand for a variety of preparedness skills and a thirst for knowledge across the sector. This workshop will provide a range of professional speakers that deliver current and interesting topics that are themed into four main streams:
During an emergency, large or small, your organisation and those internal partners as well as external stakeholders from the surrounding community will have to work together in order to respond to a crisis. If your organisation and its partners are prepared, the damage to the operation of the business should be minimal, the impact to the reputation of the brand reduced, and less chaos to the campus and surrounding communities. This workshop will bring together a good mix of crisis, facilities, emergency, business continuity and security professionals. Our attendees should learn from each other and share their own experience which ultimately creates stronger relationships within the wider preparedness across the sector.
The workshop will be held in Adelaide, South Australia on Tuesday 18th & Wednesday 19th July at the City West Campus of the University of South Australia. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a welcome reception, which is included in a full registration, on the evening of Tuesday 18th. Delegates are encouraged to come along and enjoy the evening with fellow attendees.
Thank you for your support of TEFMA’s education program and we look forward to seeing your organisation represented in Adelaide.
