Institutional Membership
The membership year for all categories runs from 1 July to 30 June the following year (or part thereof) – memberships will be cancelled on 31 August if not renewed by that date. TEFMA Institutional Memberships are pro-rated quarterly.
An Institutional Member shall be a University, Vocational / Dual Sector or Tertiary Education Institution located in the Australasian region. Each Institutional Member shall select an individual to represent the Institution in carrying on the business of TEFMA. The individual selected shall hold the position of principal administrator in direct charge of the physical plant and buildings and grounds of such institution, or be a designated alternative. The individual designated to serve as alternative Member shall be an employee who is eligible for Associate Membership of the TEFMA as described elsewhere. Member institutions can also nominate an unlimited number of non-voting Associate Members from their Institutions.
The Annual Dues are based on the Institution's full-time student numbers and are scaled on the appropriate rate as indicated in the table below. Fees are inclusive of GST.
