What will you get from the presentation:
Over the last 12 months, the Australian Catholic University (ACU) has made a move to take a more strategic approach to Asset Management Planning aligned to ISO 55000. They have adopted the longer term objective of establishing the SPM Assets recommended objective of 80/80/20 which will be explained by Russell during this webinar.
Jye will describe the challenges he faced while implementing Asset Management requirements across the diverse and complex mix of facilities that make up the ACU facilities. He will also expand on the journey and progress at ACU and how they have responded to these challenges and the benefits being delivered.
Russell will also demonstrate how SPM Assets is assisting its university customers to simplify the process of delivering the TEFMA OCR, FFI and FCI reporting requirements that feed into the TEFMA Benchmarking process.
