About the Presenter:
For more than 24 years, Ren Niemann has extensively provided all levels of government and the private sector with strategic advice on procurement, construction, infrastructure, major projects, public law and government administration. Ren's focus on these areas means his clients have confidence they are receiving the right commercial advice on the development and procurement of complex projects and ensuring it is done in a matter that is compliant with the legislative and regulatory framework within which they operate.
Mel Easton is a consultant in the Buddle Findlay property team.
Since 1993 he has acted for the Crown, Crown Entities and various local. These include Wellington, Lower Hutt, Auckland and Manukau City Councils, Rodney District Council, Auckland Council, Auckland Transport, the Ministry of Education, the University of Auckland, Wellington International Airport Limited and Waikato and Northland District Health Boards.
More recently Mel has been involved in the acquisition of land for the University of Auckland for its campus disposition, expansion and redevelopment projects, and the acquisition of land for Auckland Transport.
