Who should attend:
Staff working in facilities and campus services, who may be considering outsourcing or renewing outsourcing services contracts.
What will you get from the presentation:
In 2018 USC outsourced the Security Services through a tendering process. This necessitated the redundancy of in-house security while maintaining adequate managerial control over the services contractor.
Richard will focus on the strategies/processes to achieve the outsourced services goals, as well as the conditions of contract embedded to ensure the quality of services to the University were enhanced, particularly leading in to the introduction of SafeUSC.
A question and answer opportunity will be held at the end of the session.
