Date:

13th June 2018

Presenter:
Emmett Mackle, Associate Director Facilities, Property Services, University of Auckland

Who should attend:
Staff working in facilities in planning, asset management, maintenance, operations, capital works will benefit from attending this webinar.

What will you get from the presentation:
NZ Universities have a Government mandated external audit review of asset management maturity. At the University of Auckland this has prompted the establishment of a dedicated asset management team to drive better performance in asset management.

Emmett will focus on the reason for a team to be established and some initiatives that show the value of having a dedicated team and the benefits that accrue. In particular he will show how a risk based approach to asset management can build the case for improvement.
