Management Systems

Many TEFMA members have implemented Management Systems to support the services they undertake including quality systems and occupational health and safety systems.

Within the Members Portal a Knowledge Library has been created to allow members to share information on Management Systems in a trusted and collaborative manner.

 

Asset Management

Asset Management relates to a range of services undertaken by TEFMA members and includes the following areas:

  • Master Planning
  • Asset Planning
  • Space Management
  • Project Management
  • Maintenance
  • Grounds

Campus Services

Campus Services relates to a range of services undertaken by TEFMA members and includes the following areas:

  • Parking
  • Security
  • Emergency Management
  • Cleaning and Waste Management

Environmental Sustainability

TEFMA have developed the Sustainability Guide for members. Environmental sustainability is an emerging area and relates to a range of services undertaken by TEFMA members and has been broken into the following areas:

  • Energy Management  
  • Carbon Management
  • Water Management
  • Waste Management
  • Environmental Planning

Our People

Services undertaken by TEFMA members require highly trained and skilled staff.  The Our People section relates to information used to manage staff employed by TEFMA members and has been broken into the following areas:
