TEFMA would like to announce their Continuing Professional Development Program - Member's Recognition and Points Award system.
Each member has varied needs in terms of their professional development. TEFMA believes attendance/participation at events such as workshops, conferences and webinars assists members' professional development and enables members to build valuable networking communities.

CPD can assist TEFMA members to:

￫ accummulate points to enable a free workshop attendance
Recording CPD
All members will be encouraged to keep a record of their CPD activities as part of their Members Details on the TEFMA website (My Portal ￫ My Content ￫ CPD Diary). TEFMA is adopting a new recognition process that will see the issuance of a Certificate of Attendance to those members who attended the full programme associated with a TEFMA event such as; a Workshop, Director’s Forum or the TEM Annual Conference. A Certificate of Participation will be issued to those members who contribute to TEFMA’s educational programme, such as a Workshop, Director’s Forum, Webinar or the TEM Annual Conference, in the form of delivering a presentation or to those members who played an active role in organising such an event (i.e. Local Organising Committee). At the bottom of each Certificate it will note how many CPD points you have attained. The CPD diary will allow also you to upload your Certificate of Attendance / Participation for easy reference.
Points attained will be as follows:
Certificate of Attendance: 5 CPD Points
Certificate of Participation: 10 CPD Points
Please note, this will be for all events that have taken place since January 2019. The Certificates will be made available to you via email at the conclusion of an event.
