Jade is the director of the Digital Estate Program at The University of Melbourne, leading the digitisation of the university's portfolio of buildings, land, infrastructure and asset data towards a ‘digital by default’ approach, enabling next generation facilities management.

In 2023 the Digital Estate Program received national recognition from the Facilities Management Association of Australia (FMA) ‘Leadership in Industry Innovation’ award, and in 2024 was awarded the international gold award by the Global Facilities Management Awards of Excellence (GFM). The Program was recognised for exemplary leadership in industry innovation and for the digitisation of the University's estate.
