Blair will outline the path AUT took in deciding on, designing and implementing an Activity Based Working environment in their newest building (Tukutuku Building) on their North Campus. There were many factors affecting the decision, including, the pandemic, changing work styles, and new data sources to inform the decision.
OUR SPEAKER:
Blair is a Director in the Estates team at AUT having originally started as a Timetabler for the university nearly 20 years ago. He is very interested in more efficient working styles and relies on data to support arguments for change.
