The TEFMA 2022 Benchmark and Insights publication with contextual narrative is based on analysis and trends of Australasian Higher Educational institutional performance across calendar year 2022.The report focusses on five headline key performance indicators, being the Built Environment, Sustainability, Capital Expenditure, Operational Expenditure and Space Utilisation.
While the annual TEFMA benchmark survey and reporting tool enables institutional members to trend data of interest, TEFMA provides further value and insight for our members and the Higher Education sector through this report prepared collaboration with Arup.
This benchmark analysis publication is available only to members and is an annual deep dive into the rich data collated by institutions.
