TEFMA Benchmark Insights publication
The TEFMA 2020 Benchmark and Insights publication with contextual narrative is based on analysis and trends of Australasian Higher Educational institutional performance across calendar year 2020.The report focusses on five headline key performance indicators, being the Built Environment, Sustainability, Capital Expenditure, Operational Expenditure and Space Utilisation.
While the annual TEFMA benchmark survey and reporting tool enables institutional members to trend data of interest, the TEFMA board saw an opportunity to provide further value for our members and the Higher Education sector by developing this new product in collaboration with Arup and Universities Australia.
This benchmark analysis publication is available only to members and is the first of what is intended to become be an annual deep dive into the rich data collated by institutions. We would love to hear your thoughts on the report and where we could take it to in the future.
